A submitted request is not a confirmed departure until a manager writes back with dates, price, and permit notes. Weather, ACAP and TIMS rules, trail and river conditions can change a plan. Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing with your quote. Trekking and rafting in Nepal carry inherent risk; we brief honestly and pace conservatively.
